Lawanda Hutcherson

Lawanda Hutcherson is the Vice-President of Programs for Grandberries. Lawanda has managed numerous small and large programs for many clients and brings a wealth of client relationship management experience to GCG.

She is responsible for providing senior leadership and strategic direction to the GCG staff and works with the CEO to manage new and existing projects in the interest of all service areas. She manages multiple projects including the on boarding processes of new clients. As a member of the senior management team reporting directly to the CEO, she makes sure that project deliverables are on time and manages the entire scope. Additionally, Lawanda provides direction for contract management, and budgeting. She ensures timely and accurate contractual agreements, including playing an active role in the development and implementation of new clients. She assists the CEO in the overall day-to-day development of program design and proposals. She attends and participates in meetings.

Lawanda has over 20 years of experience with General Electric. In her roles at GE she held several key management positions as an Accounting Manager, Project Manager, and Quality Assurance Manager. She has worked with an impressive client list such as Wal-Mart, Exxon Mobil and many others.

In 2004, Lawanda created K & L Services, a Lifestyle Management and Errand Services company, to offer a very efficient service system providing clients with a variety of services that allows them to have a solution for time management.

Lawanda graduated with honors as Summa cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from American Intercontinental University She also earned a Business Diploma in Accounting from King’s College and is PMP certified from Georgia Perimeter College

Wendy Baker

Wendy Baker is the Web Development Manager for Grandberries. Wendy has developed numerous websites and web programs for many clients and brings a wealth of knowledge and hands on experience to GCG.

She is responsible for creating and implementing the company’s web marketing strategy, maintaining internal and external electronic/online channels, as well as management and maintenance of all content on client web sites. She works with the Communications Manager to ensure the delivery of online information for client partners, consumers, and employees. Additionally, she reports and provides feedback to continuously improve the functionality and relevance of the web sites.

Wendy has a broad understanding of internet delivery and management methods including a strong functional knowledge of: HTML, web production, web application architecture design, graphic design for the web, user interface design and accessibility. She has an advanced working knowledge of web development tools including Flash, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Fireworks and many other related interface development tools.

Wendy worked as a Web Application Developer with ERM, an environmental consulting firm with clients worldwide. She specialized in developing custom web solutions for client’s unique business needs. These clients include Ingersoll-Rand, Alltel and many others. She is well versed in many web programming languages and technologies.

Wendy earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Kennesaw State University. Wendy also graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Florida.
